Natalie Portman….. Hi there. Can’t really think of anything to say about her. >_>
There’s been some negative talk about this dress, but I think it’s pretty. She doesn’t push boundaries with her dresses, and often goes the simple route.
Congrats to Natalie Portman, who has given birth to a baby boy!
I know half of tumblr hates her, but I think she is F-L-A-W-L-E-S-S.
They only hate her because she’s perfect and they are jealous. I really hope she doesn’t name the baby something weird, but I’m pretty sure she won’t.
Thank you to Benjamin, who is helping me continue this creation of creating more life. Benjamin choreographed the film, and also you might remember him in the movie as the guy when they ask, ‘Would you sleep with that girl?’ And he’s like, “Pfft, no.” He’s the best actor. It’s not true: He totally wants to sleep with me!
I thought she was so cute and dorky.
REPORTER: Do you remember when your first red carpet was, and what do you remember about that moment?
NATALIE: [laughs] I remember I was thirteen years old at the premiere of The Professional, and I remember I wore a Betsey Johnson dress that I had worn to a bar mitzvah, like, two weeks before, and my mom bought me [cracks up]—- my mom’s right there—- she bought me this coat that I thought was really beautiful that was faux fur cow print [laughs], and I wore it feeling like I was the most glamorous person in the world…but it might have been a mistake.Natalie Portman, 2011 Golden Globes Press Room Interview [x]
How does she look the same now as she did at 13? That bitch. (lol)

So far I think the shoo ins for Oscars this year are Colin Firth and Christian Bale. Natalie and James will definitely get nominated, and Natalie has a great chance at winning (James, sadly, doesn’t. Sorry. It’s Colin Firth’s year). (Though, I haven’t seen 127 Hours, and it isn’t playing anywhere around me anymore, so I can’t base that on anything other than I have seen The King’s Speech, and Colin Firth is just wonderful in it).
“It’s kind of weird. It came together really well. One of the best things about the film is the casting of Natalie. She took the part and ran with it. I don’t know if when I was working with the writers we were consciously channeling Natalie or Natalie somehow transformed herself to the part, but they grew together.”
